We were happy to provide a safe and secure venue for a reputable luxury fashion brand in the immediate aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Having only a month between confirmation and the conference itself, alongside the need for lateral flow testing onsite, our Event time needed to be both speedy and diligent when it came to organising this three-day event. The Exhibition Hall was rapidly converted into a testing area with appropriate social distancing, which allowed for a safe and efficient screening process before the arrival of each day’s delegates.

With a minimum of guests attending each day, the brand was given exclusive access of the Twenty Ten Clubhouse throughout the conference – utilising both Rafters restaurant and the Samuel Ryder Suite for each evening’s dining.

Event Brief

A long-standing event at Celtic Manor, this three-day conference featured workshops and sales events plus dinners in the Twenty Ten Clubhouse. Each day brought a new set of delegates, attending the event for one day only, with only the core executive team staying for the duration.
