The Olive Tree & Garden Room

The Olive Tree & Garden Room offers lively and informal dining. The bustling, vibrant atmosphere and elegant surroundings make this the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed dinner with family and friends.

Stunning views over The Twenty Ten course and beautiful Usk Valley are complemented by a restaurant that makes a striking statement with its open fire place and soaring cedar wood beams which lend the restaurant both its name and its unique atmosphere.

The cuisine is wholesome with a Welsh influence, from locally reared beef to fresh fish and seafood, Rafters’ talented AA rosette chefs use many local ingredients to create a truly memorable dining experience.

The Grill

Cosy fires and spectacular views overlooking the Roman Road golf course and far beyond, is the perfect setting for relaxed informal dining. The Grill’s tempting menu focuses on honest and simple food, offering a mouth watering selection of comforting favourites including succulent steaks, pasta, fresh fish, salads and burgers.

Steak on Six

Having been awarded the coveted accolade of two AA Rosettes, Steak on Six showcases succulent steaks from around the British Isles alongside an array of fine fish and meats from which guests can choose.

In a spectacular elevated setting above the ancient Coldra Woods, the restaurant delivers an exciting fusion of contemporary dining with a relaxed rustic flavour.

Steak on Six welcomes diners aged from 12 years for Sunday Lunch only (children menus are not available and will be charged full menu price) and from 16 years for all other dining options. Menus are subject to availability
