Dylans Health Club offers state of the art Technogym equipment which includes the Mywellness System allowing members to have their own dedicated paperless training programmes, a full range of Excite Live cardiovascular equipment, premium resistance equipment in Technogym Selection 900 and introducing the innovative Technogym Bio Strength smart strength machines powered by A.I for real time feedback.
Our Tanita Body Composition Analyser allows you to gain accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology. This gives you a true indicator of your inner health and, when monitored over time, can show the impact of any fitness regime or weight loss programme.

For the enjoyment of all our guests, we offer designated adult only and family swim times during school holidays, so you can find a time to clock up the laps or just splash around.
Adults Only: 6.00am – 9.00am (final slot 8:15am)
Families: 9.00am – 8.15pm
Adults Only: 8.15pm – 9.45pm (final slot 9:00pm)
Please be aware that both The Forum Health Club and Dylans Health and Fitness Club are required to adhere to The Celtic Manor Resort’s health and safety policy which states that when using the swimming pool, the following adult to child ratios must apply:
