Dylans Health Club offers state of the art Technogym equipment which includes the Mywellness System allowing members to have their own dedicated paperless training programmes, a full range of Excite Live cardiovascular equipment, premium resistance equipment in Technogym Selection 900 and introducing the innovative Technogym Bio Strength smart strength machines powered by A.I for real time feedback.
Our Tanita Body Composition Analyser allows you to gain accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology. This gives you a true indicator of your inner health and, when monitored over time, can show the impact of any fitness regime or weight loss programme.

Other facilities include an aerobics studio with a comprehensive choice of exercise classes and a 18-metre Romanesque swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa bath. HOTEL GUESTS
Sessions for the Dylans Health Club gym and swimming pool are available to book on arrival. You will receive an email on the day of your arrival that will allow you to book your session. Overnight hotel guests are welcome to book the following:
- 2 x 45 minute swim session per person, per stay. These can be booked as two separate sessions of 45 minutes across the length of your stay, or combined to one 90 minute session.
There are no time restrictions in place or pre-booking required for use of the gym facilities at Dylans Health Club.

FAMILY SWIM TIMES
For the enjoyment of all our guests, we offer designated adult only and family swim times during school holidays, so you can find a time to clock up the laps or just splash around.
Adults Only: 6.00am – 9.00am (final slot 8:15am)
Families: 9.00am – 8.15pm
Adults Only: 8.15pm – 9.45pm (final slot 9:00pm)
