LUSH Retail

The Celtic Manor Resort was happy to host this world-famous vegetarian and cruelty-free cosmetic brand to support their gathering of managers from the UK and Ireland.

Hosted as a means to brainstorm marketing ideas for that year’s festive season, the resort’s meeting rooms were utilised as ‘drop-in’ sessions to target numerous themes and streamline ideas. The result was a free-flowing creative event for brand experts, complimented by a fully vegan buffet and street food menu in line with LUSH’s core principles.

This approach resulted in a very varied and satisfactory event for delegates, mixing networking with opportunities to learn and moments of recuperation – leaving guests refreshed both physically and mentally for the busy retail season ahead.

Celtic Manor LUSH

LUSH Retail Testimonial:

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Celtic Manor. The event really prepared Managers for the busy Christmas time whilst giving them the space to engage, network with colleagues, learn and develop their skills whilst also taking the time to relax and recuperate before a busy retail season.

Celtic Manor’s customer service went above and beyond for our delegates and they walked away feeling well looked after, seriously well fed and inspired by some amazing content that Celtic Manor helped us deliver. Thank you!
