Sample wonderfully Welsh flavours with stunning views this Restaurant Week at our clubhouse restaurant Rafters. The cuisine here is simple and elegant, with a true flavour of Wales.

Select from tempting options such as prawn cocktail salad or chicken parfait to start, followed by grilled rump steak, baked cod, British reared chicken breast or wild mushroom risotto for main, finished with your choice of Barti Rum crème brulée, bitter chocolate tarte or slate and snow for dessert.

Wild at Rafters

30th September – 11th October

A bold celebration of Britain’s natural beauty and culinary heritage.

Rooted in the wild landscapes of the British Isles, this seasonal pop-up dining experience invites you to explore a dinner menu shaped by nature’s rhythm. Expect game, wild fish, and wild poultry, paired with foraged herbs, berries, mushrooms, and peak-season produce – each ingredient chosen for its purity, provenance, and power to surprise.

Guests are required to wear smart casual clothing when dining at Rafters and entry will be refused if this is not adhered to. Whilst smart denim is perfectly acceptable, sports trainers, flip flops, baseball hats, rugby or football shirts, shorts and tracksuits are not permitted. However, shorts are permitted before 5pm.
