Having been awarded the coveted accolade of two AA Rosettes, Steak on Six showcases succulent steaks from around the British Isles alongside an array of fine fish and meats from which guests can choose.

In a spectacular elevated setting above the ancient Coldra Woods, the restaurant delivers an exciting fusion of contemporary dining with a relaxed rustic flavour.

Steak on Six welcomes diners aged from 12 years for Sunday Lunch only (children menus are not available and will be charged full menu price) and from 16 years for all other dining options. Menus are subject to availability.

To complement the stylish setting of Steak on Six, we kindly ask guests to observe a smart-casual dress code. Collared shirts, tailored trousers, smart jeans, tailored shorts and appropriate footwear including smart trainers are welcome. Sportswear, ripped jeans and flip-flops are not permitted.

A complimentary shuttle bus service is available between the Resort Hotel and Newbridge on Usk for guests staying overnight at the Resort Hotel with an evening dinner reservation at Newbridge on Usk. Time slots are available Monday to Sunday for 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm with collection from the main lobby 30 minutes prior. The last departure from Newbridge on Usk to the Resort Hotel is 10:30pm.
