Step into the mind of Steak on Six’s Head Chef, Matt Owen, as he reimagines Welsh ingredients with creativity.

Expect dishes that work in harmony from start to finish. From burnt leek butter with artisan bread and Welsh steak tartare, to seared scallops and rich yet balanced Welsh lamb or venison. Each course is expertly crafted, leading to a delicate lemon meringue parfait and finished sweetly with handcrafted Welsh truffles.

To complement the stylish setting of Steak on Six, we kindly ask guests to observe a smart-casual dress code. Collared shirts, tailored trousers, smart jeans, tailored shorts and appropriate footwear including smart trainers are welcome. Sportswear, ripped jeans and flip-flops are not permitted.
