Wonderfully Welsh flavours and stunning views. The cuisine here is simple and elegant, with a true flavour of Wales. From locally reared beef and lamb to fresh fish and seafood, the award-winning food, Welsh wines and cocktails are complemented by a lovely atmosphere of laid-back luxury.

Select from tempting options such as prawn cocktail salad or chicken parfait to start, followed by grilled rump steak, baked cod, British reared chicken breast or wild mushroom risotto for main, finished with your choice of Barti Rum crème brulée, bitter chocolate tarte or slate and snow for dessert.

A La Carte menu also available. Reservations available between 6pm – 9.30pm.
