Here is a taste of the dishes you can expect to savour:
• Chocolate chip American pancakes with caramelised banana, maple syrup and banoffee ice cream
• Blueberry American Pancakes with granola, golden syrup and vanilla ice cream
• Chocolate brownie pancake stack featuring sundae raspberry ripple ice cream and morello cherries topped with chocolate sauce, chantilly cream and fudge pieces
• Crêpes Suzette with orange, Grand Marnier syrup, chocolate ice cream and flamed at the table
