What is the cancellation policy for The Forum Spa?

All treatments require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Guests wishing to change or cancel an appointment must provide at least 7 days’ notice to receive a refund of their pre-payment.

A 7-day cancellation policy also applies to all valid vouchers. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the voucher becoming void. Vouchers must be presented upon arrival.

What time should I arrive for my spa treatment?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to complete a health consultation and relax before your appointment.

As a courtesy to all guests, appointment times are strictly adhered to. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and no refund or reduction will be given. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

What health conditions should I tell the spa about?

Please inform us when booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recently undergone surgery, are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any other health concerns that may affect your treatment.

A consultation will be completed before your appointment to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable and can be carried out safely. Pregnancy-safe treatments are available after the first trimester and are identified with (P).

Depending on the information provided, treatments may need to be adapted, postponed or, in some cases, cancelled. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, please contact The Forum Spa before making your booking.

What are the age restrictions at The Forum Spa?

Spa treatments and facilities are available to guests aged 16 years and over. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult where required.

What facilities are available at The Forum Spa?

The Forum Spa offers a range of facilities, including a swimming pool, spa bath, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation areas. Access to facilities varies depending on the package booked and availability at the time of reservation.

Can I use the spa facilities without having a treatment?

Access to spa facilities depends on the spa experience or package booked. Please contact The Forum Spa team to discuss the options available for your preferred visit date.

Can I use my mobile phone in the spa?

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off or kept on silent while in the spa.

Are refreshments available?

Complimentary water and a selection of herbal teas are available within the spa. Guests enjoying a spa day package that includes dining will receive full details at the time of booking.

What should I wear during my treatment?

For selected spa experience days, a robe, slippers and towel will be provided. Hotel guests are welcome to arrive wearing the robe and slippers provided in their room.

Please wear undergarments or dry swimwear during your treatment. Disposable underwear is available on request, and our therapists will ensure you remain modestly covered with towels throughout your treatment.

Please note that spa treatments do not include use of Forum Health Club facilities, spa lunch, robes or slippers unless specifically stated within your package.

At the end of your treatment, you will have time to change and prepare before continuing your day feeling relaxed and refreshed. Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the spa.

Does Celtic Manor Resort have a gym?

Yes. Celtic Manor Resort offers health club and fitness facilities featuring a fully equipped gym with cardio and strength-training equipment. Access may vary depending on your booking type or membership.
