How do I book a spa treatment?
To book a spa treatment or spa experience, please book via the link below or contact The Forum Spa on +44 (0)1633 410262. Our team will be happy to discuss treatment options, spa days and current availability. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, as treatments and spa experiences are subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy for The Forum Spa?
All treatments require full pre-payment at time of booking. Individuals who wish to change or cancel an appointment must provide 7 days notice in order for the pre-payment to be refunded. A 7 day cancellation policy applies to all valid vouchers, otherwise the voucher will become void.
What time should I arrive for my spa treatment?
We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to allow yourself the opportunity to complete your health consultation and relax prior to treatment. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured and no discount or refund given. Treatments that start late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.
What health conditions should I tell the spa about?
Please inform us when booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgery, are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any health concerns that may affect your treatment. A consultation will be completed before your appointment to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable and can be delivered safely.
Depending on the information provided, treatments may need to be adapted, postponed or, in some cases, cancelled. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, please contact The Forum Spa before making your booking.
What are the age restrictions at The Forum Spa?
Spa treatments and facilities are available to guests aged 16 years and over. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult where required.
What facilities are available at The Forum Spa?
The Forum Spa offers a range of facilities including a swimming pool, spa bath, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation areas. Access to facilities varies depending on the package booked and availability at the time of reservation
Can I use the spa facilities without having a treatment?
Spa facility access is dependent on the experience or package booked. Please contact The Forum Spa team to discuss the options available during your preferred visit date.
Can I use my mobile phone in the spa?
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off or kept on silent whilst within the spa.
Are refreshments available?
Complimentary water and refreshments are available within the spa. Guests enjoying a spa day package that includes dining will receive full details when booking.
What should I wear during my treatment?
A robe, towel and slippers will be provided for you as required, as part of all spa experience days. Hotel guests are welcome to arrive in the robe and slippers from their bedroom. Please wear undergarments or dry swimwear during your treatment. We can also provide disposable underwear if required and our therapists will ensure that you are modestly covered with towels at all times.
At the end of your treatment you will have time to change and prepare yourself to rejoin the world, totally relaxed and at peace with your inner and outer being. Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times within the spa

Yes. Celtic Manor Resort offers health club and fitness facilities featuring a fully equipped gym with cardio and strength-training equipment. Access may vary depending on your booking type and membership.
