7.00pm – Step into the ballroom and savour a festive cocktail as the music hums in the background and the night begins to sparkle.
7.45pm – Take your seat for a delicious three course dinner, with rich seasonal flavours filling the room and setting the tone for the celebration ahead.
9.30pm – The lights dip, the DJ turns it up and the dancefloor bursts into life as the party energy builds.
2.30am – Call it a night with taxis or drift upstairs to your room if you’re staying over and let the celebrations fade into luxurious comfort.
