4.00pm – Step into the ballroom and enjoy your festive cocktail as the music lifts and the afternoon begins to sparkle.
4.30pm – Settle in for a festive three course feast, packed with rich seasonal flavours that ease you into the celebration.
6.30pm – The lights shift, the DJ takes over and the dancefloor fills as the disco energy builds.
10.00pm – Time for taxis or head upstairs if you’re staying over, ending the night wrapped in comfort and ready for a peaceful finish.
