For a midweek indulgence, our decadent Cream Tea offers a wonderfully comforting escape. Available Monday – Thursday all year round, served within the elegant interior of Merlins Bar.

Summer Afternoon Tea in The Garden Room

Join us in the welcome interior of our Garden Room – located off our grand lobby – for an iconic afternoon tea experience guaranteed to brighten your day – a joyful spread of colours, flavours and textures. Picture tiers of soft finger sandwiches, glossy pastries, perfectly piped cakes and warm vanilla scones that melt into clotted cream and jam as the sun shines across the fresh green lawns.

Midweek Cream Tea at Merlins

From Monday to Thursday, Merlins becomes the perfect hideaway for a cosy cream tea. Freshly baked scones arrive warm from the oven, ready to be coated with soft clotted cream and sweet strawberry jam, complete with a warming pot of tea or coffee. Simple, comforting, and just the thing to brighten a weekday.
