Al fresco Dining

Nothing beats dining al fresco on a warm summer’s day and at Celtic Manor where you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful spots to linger over a lazy lunch, or dinner and drinks on a balmy summer’s evening.

Dine on the bank of the River Usk and graze through our mouthwatering al fresco menu. The menu champions Welsh produce and suppliers, you may even taste some delights from the chef's own allotment!

Our Pick:

"Severn and Wye Smoked Salmon with pickled shallots, cucumber, capers and soda bread"

There's only one thing that could improve that special moment early evening on a warm day, tapas on the terrace!

Stroll over to the Newbridge on Usk and enjoy as a pair, or more if you share!

Our Pick:

"Beer Battered Soft Shell Crab with Tartare Sauce"

Guests have the option of dining al fresco at The Olive Tree, relaxing on the lovely open-air terrace (a great spot for people-watching!) with panoramic views of the Resort and surrounding grounds.

Our Pick:

"Ploughman’s Platter Charcuterie of cured meats, Cheddar cheese, pickles, chutney and rustic bread"

With The Grill's spacious terrace, comfortable seating options and spectacular views, it is a great place to watch the world go by...

Our Pick:

"The Grill’s Chicken Wings, Eight juicy wings coated in our house rub, served with chipotle crème fraiche"
