Temporary Hotel Closure
Following the latest guidance from the UK Government to close all restaurants, bars, spas, golf courses, activities and leisure facilities, we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close the doors to the Celtic Manor Resort Hotel from Monday 23rd March.
The health and safety of everyone at the Resort is our paramount concern at this challenging time and this decision is taken to protect both our guests and our team members.
We hope to re-open by 30th April, pending further updates from the Government. We will stay in touch and the latest updates will be available on our website, social media and communications to our guests.
The Coldra Court Hotel will remain open for key workers and essential travel, serving room service dinner and breakfast only.
All Reservations until 30th April that have not pre-paid any charge or deposit will be cancelled automatically and there is no need to contact us.
Our Reservations Team will be contacting guests who have made pre-payments in priority order from the closest arrival date, to make arrangements for moving, rescheduling or cancelling guest stays.
We are experiencing a high volume of calls so we appreciate your patience at this challenging time and ask that you only call if you have an urgent enquiry regarding an imminent arrival. Future bookings will be addressed as soon as we are able.
We promise to be flexible with future bookings and any new bookings made up to the 31st May 2020, can be changed or cancelled free of charge.
All vouchers with expiry dates up to June 2020 will be automatically extended to 31st July 2020 for now. Further extensions may follow, pending updates to Government policy.
We wish you good health and thank you for your support in these very difficult times. We hope to see you again in more favourable circumstances very soon.
