Can I visit the Hotel on Christmas Day if I am not a hotel guest?
All of our hotels are open on Christmas Day to those who have a pre-booked reservation for either lunch or accommodation.

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please advise a member of staff on the day of your visit of any vegetarian, vegan or allergen dietary requirements.
I don’t like the menu. Can you provide something else?
Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, we are unable to provide alternatives to the set menu outside of those requirements.

What is the dress code for Christmas Day Lunch?
Please note a dress code applies to the following Resort Hotel restaurants:
Steak on Six – Guests are required to wear smart casual clothing when dining at Steak on Six. Smart denim is allowed, but ripped denim, shorts, sports trainers, flip flops, Baseball hats rugby or football shirts and tracksuits are not permitted.
Rafters – Guests are required to wear smart casual clothing when dining at Rafters. Whilst smart denim is perfectly acceptable, sports trainers, flip flops, baseball caps, rugby or football shirts, and tracksuits are not permitted.
