We are delighted to welcome guests back to our Beauty Bar, Forum Spa and Pool.

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and our spa team, things will look a little different to normal.  Rest assured that we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure your time with us is as safe as possible, whilst still delivering an exceptional professional service for a truly relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.

The following information will answer some of the questions you may have, and give you a better understanding of what to expect during your visit. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

  • Booking A Treatment

    We are delighted to announce that both our Forum Spa and Beauty Bar are open, offering a selection of body treatments including a range of Signature and Elemis massages, facials and selected nail treatments including manicures and pedicures.

    In line with new safety measures, we are unable to offer pregnancy treatments, body wraps or Herbal Steam Temple treatments.

    Where specified, spa day packages will include 1 x 45 minute swimming pool session and 1 x 45 minute relaxation session. Which must be booked in advance at the time of booking with our Reservations Team.

    To book a spa treatment, please contact our Reservations Team on 01633 410262 who will be pleased to assist and offer further advice.

    • Please note all guests must call to pre-book treatments and pre-pay in advance of arrival.
    • The Forum Spa opening hours are currently 10.00am – 7.00pm.
    • The Beauty Bar opening hours are currently 10.00am – 6.00pm.

    Guests may only book treatments and attend appointments if they are symptom-free of COVID-19, are not in self-isolation, and have not been overseas in the past 14 days.

  • Arriving at The Forum Spa and Beauty Bar

    On the day of your treatment, please arrive at the Celtic Manor Resort and park as normal.

    Guests may enter the Resort Hotel via the main hotel lobby, or from the underground car park entrance outside the Forum Health Club.

    Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.  Guests for both the Forum Spa and Beauty Bar should go directly to the Forum Spa reception to check-in.

    Guests will be allocated a locker key and have option to use the leisure changing rooms to get changed prior to their treatment.

    Before the day of your treatment we will send you a link by email to complete a pre-visit health consultation form.  It is essential that you complete this before you arrive, but no more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you do not receive this link, please contact our Forum Spa team on 01633 410268.

    On arrival at the Forum Spa you will be asked a number of additional screening questions relating to your health and wellbeing on the day.

  • Your Time In the Spa

    To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and our spa team, things will look a little different to normal.  Rest assured that we will take all necessary precautions to ensure your time with us is as safe as possible, whilst still delivering an exceptional professional service for a truly relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.

    For your own safety and the safety of others:

    • Please adhere to social distancing guidelines and remain a safe distance from spa team members and other guests wherever possible during your visit.
    • No beverages will be served within the spa or treatment areas.
    • Blankets will not be used within the treatment rooms.
    • Guests will be allocated a locker key to use the leisure changing rooms prior to their treatment
    • Your therapist will be wearing a face mask throughout your visit and will adhere to treatment delivery guidelines.  It is not mandatory for guests to wear a face mask, but we would encourage you to do this if you are able to.
    • Your therapist will sanitise their own hands prior to starting your treatment.  They will then sanitise your hands/feet prior to commencing.
    • Our treatment rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest, including the floor.
    • If you book a spa day, you will be allocated 1 x 45 minute swimming pool session and 1 x 45 minute relaxation session at time of booking
    • Poolside whirlpool baths are open but capacities will be limited to allow for social distancing. We are currently unable to open steam rooms and saunas
    • Should you wish to take advantage of our range of fitness classes or Technogym, this will need to be booked in advance.
  • After Your Treatment

    While we don’t want to make you feel rushed, after your treatment we kindly ask that once dressed you vacate your treatment room and depart as quickly as possible. This will ensure that you have minimal contact with other people and allow our team time to undertake thorough cleaning of treatment rooms between each guest.

    We really look forward to the return of time to linger and relax, but until then we hope the benefits of our treatments and the warm and friendly welcome from our team will go a long way to brightening up your day.

  • Existing Bookings

    All existing spa bookings will still go ahead as booked, however if you are having a treatment that is currently unavailable, you will be offered the choice to change to another treatment or move your appointment to a later date.
