Golf Safety: Playing it Safe

Golf is the ideal sport for social distancing as you walk in the fresh air of our hundreds of acres of fairways. You’ll also find social distancing measures in place in our clubhouse facilities and we have made a number of changes to our playing procedures to increase the safety of golfers and minimise the risks of spreading Coronavirus.

  • Local Lockdown

The Welsh Government has announced new local lockdown restrictions to come into effect in the county borough of Newport City Council from 6.00pm on 22nd September 2020.

During this time, all three of our golf courses will remain open for visitors and members residing within the county borough of Newport City Council only.

Please ensure your booking abides by Welsh Government guidelines, particularly in terms of the number of households and 'bubbles'.
