The intricate menu reflects seasonality with a strong emphasis on the use of locally sourced ingredients, producing fresh, intense and punchy flavours and an unforgettable dining experience.

For the ultimate group dining experience, our spectacular Chef’s Table can be hired for lunch or dinner located within a private room. Enjoy a dramatic split-screen visual link to the kitchen via a large plasma screen, offering you a unique opportunity to gain insight into the art and intensity of a dynamic fine dining kitchen.
An Elite New Fine Dining Experience
As well as an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, The Crown at Celtic Manor also offers an express one hour lunch menu for time-stretched business diners and in the evening, an exciting six course tasting menu for groups of diners wishing to share the ultimate gastronomic experience.

The Crown at Celtic Manor is open to both hotel guests and non-residents. Due to the nature of the dining experience, we would recommend that it is suitable only for guests over the age of 14 years.
