Menus

Terry M’s intricate fine dining menu reflects seasonality with a strong emphasis on the use of locally sourced ingredients, producing fresh, intense and punchy flavours for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Ingredients are selected with great care, and attention is given to how each combination of flavours will taste on the palate. Quality is the key in sourcing produce. Meats, including venison, are brought in from selected Welsh farms and fresh seafood arrives directly from Cornwall.

As well as an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner and gourmet Sunday lunch, Terry M also offers an express lunch menu for time-stretched business diners from only £15.95 per person, and in the evening, an exciting six course tasting menu for couples or groups wishing to share the ultimate gastronomic experience.

During Sunday lunchtimes children under 12 may dine from the menu with smaller portions at 50% off.
