Staff Accommodation
Accommodation can be provided (subject to availability) to employees who live outside a 50 mile radius of the Resort. The employee houses are located in Newport City and furnished (employees to provide their own bath/hand towels). Employees will have their own bedroom but will share the remainder of the facilities in the house.
Rent and Bond Rates
Room rate per week (Town Houses - Single) - £75.00 per week
Room rate per week (Caer Eithin - Single ) - £57.50 per week
Room rate per week (couples) - £105.00 per week
Upon arrival, new staff members will be required to pay in advance four weeks rent at £75.00 per week (£300.00). Additionally, they will be required to pay four weekly instalments of £25.00 of their bond which will be £100.00.This means that the sum of £400.00 must be paid by single staff members upon their arrival.
In respect of a couple, they will be expected to pay the sum of £620.00 upon their arrival. If you leave staff accommodation the amount of bond returned to you depends upon the condition you leave the house.
Cheques must be received before employment commences and cheques must be made payable to Wentwood Lettings.
Please note that no guests are allowed to stay in staff accommodation, also staff accommodation is offered for a maximum period of 12 months.
