We are currently recruiting for Commis Chef's to work in our prestigious kitchens. 

Duties will include;

Preparing and serving all food as per Department standard. Ensuring that the Department is clean at any given time. Making sure that all stock is labeled and rotated. Ensure that all stock is stored in a proper manner. Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs. Requirements;

Previous experience working in a kitchen Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Educated to NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Food production.
