Physio First is a physiotherapy practice located at Dylans Health and Fitness Club at The Lodge.
With over 20 years of professional physiotherapy experience, Physio First provides prompt, professional treatment for many common conditions and injuries. Techniques used by the Chartered Physiotherapists range from hydrotherapy and exercise programmes to ultrasound and acupuncture.

Physiotherapy and Acupuncture Clinics
Chartered physiotherapists Mrs T Tanner MCSP HPC and Mrs D Harper MCSP HPC offer treatment for a range of injuries and conditions.
Acupuncture may be offered as part of the rehabilitation and pain management programme. It is a traditional Chinese medicine where fine needles are inserted into the body as a means of balancing the movement and energy life force within the body.
Acupuncture needling should not be painful and the needles are commonly in place for between 10 – 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will discuss your individual management plan and tailor treatment to your condition.
The physiotherapists are members of The Organisation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Private Practice and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 7pm
Friday and weekend appointments are available on request.
