Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a selection of Chef de Rang to join our 5* establishment – The Celtic Manor Resort in the beautiful Usk Valley in South Wales.
As a Chef de Rang you will be required to work alongside a talented restaurant brigade where customer service is of utmost importance. You must be dedicated with a passion and flair for your service coupled with a positive 'can do' attitude.
You will be courteous and have confidence to look after our guests to a high standard, providing a 5* service at all times. A good all round knowledge of food and wine, good communication skills and a passion for the industry would be ideal.
We are looking for staff members in the Olive Tree Restaurant, Lodge Brasserie, Rafters at the 2010 and Le Patio.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage is essential.

Rate of pay: £6.87 per hour
