The Celtic Manor Resort’s Evergreen Day Nursery,
based within the beautiful surroundings of this luxury five star Resort are looking for an experienced Early Years Foundation Phase Team Leader to join us.
Our aim is to create a dynamic day nursery and provide a safe, happy and nurturing approach to childcare. The children will receive stimulation and develop from our ethos of a play-based approach to learning through positive experiences both indoors and out.
We are looking for a child care professional that has an excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Phase and experience in managing a team of people who only want the best for every child at Evergreen Day Nursery.
Do you have the drive, experience and passion to ensure that all learning opportunities are promoted through play and the children are stimulated and activities planned meet their individual needs?
Evergreen Day nursery has no boundaries and every experience should be planned on taking risk using both the indoor and outdoor as their learning environment.
Excellent organisational skills are essential in ensuring targets are met, with an ability to role model exceptional practice to your team while promoting child orientated activities within a safe and loving environment.
Experience of leading a team with a proven record of success working with children aged 3 to 5 years is essential.
