Families at The Celtic Manor Resort
Children are welcome guests at The Celtic Manor Resort and we make every effort to ensure that their accommodation is suitable to their needs, including the provision of cots for babies. Children up to the age of 13 sharing a standard room with their parents will be charged for meals only. You may however prefer the more spacious option of interconnecting rooms. Not only does this give you an extra bathroom but it gives them a TV of their own to enjoy! These rooms are available for a special rate, please ask at time of booking.
The Games Room
Calling all kids! Why not chill out in our fantastic new games room where you can play lots of great games including air hockey, pool, table football and table tennis. For young ones, there is also an exciting sensory play area where you can explore to your heart’s content.
Located at The Manor House (Level C), open from 8am - 8pm, seven days a week.

Parents wishing to swim with their children (under 16 years) outside of the dedicated Family Swim Times are most welcome to use the pool at Dylans Health and Fitness Club until 9pm each day.
Safety Notice for Guests with Children
Please be aware that both The Forum Health Club and Dylans Health and Fitness Club are required to adhere to The Celtic Manor Resort’s health and safety policy which states that when using the swimming pool, the following adult to child ratios must apply:
1 adult : 1 child when the child is aged under 4 years
1 adult : 2 children when the children are aged between 4 and 7 years
There is no limit on the number of children over the age of 8 years that can be supervised by a single adult, however, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16 years.
The Hideaway Club
Entertainment on site includes The Hideaway Club in The Forum Health Club and Spa for children aged up to 11, where a fully trained and qualified child care team will keep the young ones enthralled, ensuring total parental relaxation. There is a crèche for under 5’s, a soft play area for children up to 8 and a games room for all ages. The Hideaway Club also offers a full programme of daily activities, which are themed to coincide with major holidays like Christmas and Easter. Activities include face painting, videos, drama and crafts, trips to local attractions, supervised swimming and games.
