Event Terms
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of The Celtic Manor Resort Ltd and will not be replaced. Ticket holders assume all risk and danger incidental to the attendance of this event and releases the promoters, The Celtic Manor Resort Ltd, event sponsors, participating players/performers and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities arising out of such cases.
The holder of this ticket grants permission to the event to utilise the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event.
The holder of this ticket agrees not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or reproduction of the event without the specific advance written permission of the sanctioning bodies.
Tickets may be revoked without refund for failure to obey all posted signs and instructions of event officials, marshals and/or security personnel.
This ticket is intended for use by the original purchaser only. Tickets purchased other than from The Celtic Manor Resort Ltd or its authorised agents are invalid, will not provide you with admission to the event and may render the user liable to legal action.
All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT.
Only food and drinks purchased at The Celtic Manor Resort may be consumed during the event.
The Celtic Manor Resort management team may alter or vary the programme, performers and timings without consultation or compensation.
If this event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of The Celtic Manor Resort management team, The Celtic Manor Resort Ltd will not be liable for compensation whatsoever, other than a possible percentage or maximum refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder.
Gourmet to Go
Ordering
Menu items cannot be mixed and matched.
No additional items, eg. extra vegetables may be purchased individually.
All dishes are offered as described, no vegetarian or special dietary alternatives are available.
Lobster and salmon terrine and miniature desserts may be ordered without purchasing the beef or lamb option, and vice versa.
All weights are approximate and offered as a guideline only.
Payment
Full non-refundable pre-payment will be required upon placing your order
Member’s discount is not available
Collection
All orders must be collected on the pre-booked date
Any uncollected orders will be disposed of 12 hours after the pre-booked collection time has ended.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, orders will still be available for collection as booked unless The Celtic Manor Resort itself is deemed ‘not operational’, in which case a full refund will be given.

Food & Packaging
All items are fresh and will be refrigerated up until collection, no items have been frozen.
All items will display a ‘use by’ date and if not consumed by this date, all items can be frozen.
Cooking/heating instructions will be provided for all items.
All items will be supplied in appropriate packaging for oven or microwave heating as relevant, however, items supplied in foil containers will need to be transferred to microwavable containers for microwave heating if
preferred.
Beef and lamb will be pre-seasoned and presented in a roasting bag ready to cook in your oven.
A large foil roasting tray will be supplied with beef and lamb dishes which will fit inside a standard oven.
All items will be boxed for transportation.
