Dylans Health and Fitness Club

Dylans Health and Fitness Club is located at The Lodge and offers an impressive range of facilities and treatments with the sports person in mind. 

Dylans has recently been fully refurbished in partnership with leading fitness supplier Technogym. New equipment includes Wellness System allowing members to have their own dedicated paperless training programmes, a full range of Excite + cardiovascular equipment with Visioweb – the ultimate digital platform – and Element + strength.   

Additionally Kinesis One and Arke have been added to offer superb sport specific programming and are perfect for golf professionals and enthusiasts to improve their game.

Other facilities include an aerobics studio with a comprehensive choice of exercise classes and a 18-metre Romanesque swimming pool with sauna, steam room and spa bath.  There is also a fitness assessment room, sports massage therapy and physiotherapy treatment rooms, providing the perfect choice for the dedicated health and fitness enthusiast.

Guests staying at The Resort Hotel or the Manor House Hotel enjoy complimentary use of the facilities at Dylans Health and Fitness Club.
