'Afternoon Tea Masterclass'

Join Executive Pastry Chef Karl Hughes-Jones in The Olive Tree as he shares his secrets for creating the finest afternoon cakes, pastries and other delicious sweet treats, then get the chance to sample our famous afternoon tea for yourself.
11.30am - Arrive at The Olive Tree Cocktail Bar for morning coffee and infusions
12.00pm - Live afternoon tea cookery demonstration with Karl Hughes-Jones
1.00pm - Refreshing Hendricks Gin and tonic infused with rose and cucumber
1.30pm - Delicious full afternoon tea served in The Olive Tree Garden Room

'Springtime in Wales'

Terry M's Tim McDougall will be celebrating the arrival of spring with delicious seasonal dishes created with sensational springtime produce. This will be followed by a drinks reception and three course gourmet lunch with accompanying wine in the luxurious surroundings of our flagship fine dining venue.

'From Garden to Plate'

Join Chef Gavin McDonagh at the Newbridge on Usk for this fabulous demonstration. Help pick the fresh ingredients from our kitchen garden which will be transformed by Gavin into sensational seasonal dishes, then enjoy a delicious three course lunch with wine in our Newbridge restaurant.
