'Autumn Preserves and Gourmet Goodies'

Our chefs will share their seasonal tips, helping you stock up your pantry with fruity autumn preserves, chutneys, home-salted meats and cured fish plus delicious dishes with grouse and rabbit, followed by a gourmet three course lunch at Terry M.
11.30am - Arrive at Terry M for morning coffee or infusions with biscuits
12.00pm - Live cookery demonstration
1.00pm - Pre-lunch drinks reception
1.30pm - Three course lunch with wine at Terry M
