From digital signage on arrival to helping arrange transport home, we strive to make the delegates’ journey through their conference or meeting as comfortable as possible.

Digital signage is situated in key locations throughout the Resort and provides clear directions to meetings and events, plus interactive way-finder screens in arrival areas allow guests to navigate their way around the Resort with ease.

Wall mounted plasma screens in our 13 small meeting rooms enable delegates to hook up their laptop for presentations without the need for a projector.  There is also a dedicated video conferencing suite, saving hours of technical set up time and additional costs.

All 21 syndicate and meeting rooms rooms on Convention Centre Level 2 offer tungsten and fluorescent lighting, rail system, TV coaxial, RJ45 phone/data/ISDN, air conditioning and power.

Also on this level you will find a dedicated Business Hub, which features a digital colour laser copier and printer, fax and computers with internet access.  The Organiser’s Office gives your team a base from which to coordinate your event.

When it’s time for a break, the Monmouth Lounge is the perfect relaxation area and is ready to refuel tired minds with delicious breakfast and lunch options as well as refreshments served throughout the day.

Complimentary WiFi internet access and free telephone calls to UK landlines are also available on this level.
