The Celtic Manor Resort is back on TV on Good Friday night when its Hokkei pop-up restaurant features in the opening episode of Larkin and Dale's Takeaway Revolution.
Having been the star of last September's four-part Hotel 24/7 series, the resort has a cameo role in the latest BBC Wales documentary which charts the progress of Masterchef finalists Dale Williams and Larkin Cen.
Dale and Larkin unveiled the Hokkei concept which is now a Cardiff takeaway and delivery business with a four-day pop-up restaurant in Celtic Manor's Le Patio bistro.
Guests who enjoyed the Asian fusion cuisine during the sell-out stint included Wales rugby captain Sam Warburton.
After the heat of Masterchef competition, Dale and Larkin were thrown another tough challenge in learning how to run a busy kitchen service under the expert eye of Celtic Manor's culinary team including Executive Head Chef Michael Bates and Food and Beverage Director Glenn Lewis.
