The ISPS Handa Wales Open at the Celtic Manor Resort has grown into one of the premier events on The European Tour since its inception in 2000.

Ryder Cup stars have rushed to sign up for this year's ISPS HANDA Wales Open as they look for the perfect tune-up for the big showdown against the Americans at Gleneagles the following week.

Former World No 1 Lee Westwood is the latest to confirm he will be winging in for the tournament at the Celtic Manor Resort after winning a wildcard pick for the Ryder Cup. Other members of Paul McGinley's team competing in the ISPS HANDA Wales Open include Welshman Jamie Donaldson, Thomas Bjorn and Stephen Gallacher.

Also entered for the tournament are stars of recent Ryder Cups like Paul Casey, Robert Karlsson, Ross Fisher, Nicolas Colsaerts, Francesco Molinari, David Howell and Paul Lawrie, as well as recent European Tour winners Hennie Otto, Thongchai Jaidee, Pablo Larrazabal, Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry, Danny Willett, David Horsey and Rafa Cabrera-Bello.

There will be a variety of roles for Marshals from carrying a match scoreboard to supervising the spectator rope line.
