Work Placements
Throughout the year, we are able to provide a number of non-supervisory placements at the Resort.
Subject to availability, we can accept placements in the Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting, Front Office and Kitchen departments. Students who are on a placement for more than 6 months within the F&B or C&B departments may be able to undertake their training in at least two areas e.g. 6 months Restaurant / 6 months C&B - the timing of the training in each area will depend on the business needs at the time.
The majority of our placements are for a minimum of 6 months, however, we can also offer a limited number of shorter placements.
