ISPS
ISPS is the International Sports Promotion Society, a charitable organisation founded by Japanese philanthropist, Dr Haruhisa Handa, in 2006 to support charitable causes throughout the sporting world. ISPS has fostered partnerships with golf governing bodies worldwide to help develop the game at every level and promote blind and disabled golf.
ISPS has a long history in supporting golf throughout the world and has supported events across the European Seniors Tour, Asian Tour, Legends Tour, Ladies European Tour, Japan PGA and the Australian Senior PGA, using them as a platform to raise the profile of blind and disabled golf.
ISPS heritage in blind and disabled golf and Dr Handa’s commercial and philanthropic investment in golf is the foundation of its wider mission for golf to eventually become a Paralympic sport.
