Whether your focus is on facial, body or sensory indulgence, we will take you on a journey through your senses of well-being, offering you the finest spa treatments and the most contemporary therapies available. Many are universal to both men and women. Feel rejuvenated, restored, and relieved of all stress!
The Forum Health Club ladies changing facilities will be closed between Tuesday 31st August and Friday 10th September. Ladies will have access to the men’s changing room, with no changing facilities for men during this period. All members and guests are welcome to use the alternative facilities at Dylans Health and Fitness Club during this closure period.

Treatment Rooms
The 16 beautifully appointed treatment rooms are designed to welcome and relax our guests, with soft ambient lighting, aromatic scents and luxurious electronic therapy couches, they ensure total privacy. Each has an integral shower and guests are supplied with towels, robes and slippers. Some of the rooms have been specially equipped by the product houses for use in specific treatments and therapies.
Spoil Yourself
Choose from our wide selection of therapies, massages, holistic treatments and more. If you want to try something truly unique, why not treat yourself to a Rasul Mud Ritual - an Oriental skin exfoliation using Dead Sea mineral muds. The treatment involves up to four people at a time sitting on heated mosaic seats under 800 'stars' in the roof of a ceramic heated chamber. Shots of steam pass through a bed of dried herbs, gradually increasing the humidity and temperature of the chamber. The mud is finally removed by a tropical 'rainshower'.
