HOW TO ORDER

Click on 'Add to Basket' under any product you wish to purchase.
You will be taken to our secure online store where you can safely buy our products using your credit or debit card on our secure server, which uses the highest available 128-bit encrypted secure server software (SSL). We have strict guidelines to ensure your personal data remains safe.

Detailed Ordering Information: Choose 'Add to Basket' by any product you wish to purchase, you may need to choose which options you require for certain products. Choose your options and click 'Add to Basket'. You will then be shown your basket contents and their price including local taxes (VAT) charged at 20%. You may continue shopping by using our store links on the left hand menu and add more items to your basket.

You may remove items from your shopping basket at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' (available on every page). You need to either change the quantity to the amount required or click on the "Remove" button, then press the "Update" button.

When you are ready to complete your order, go to the "My Basket" page and simply click 'Checkout'. You will then be taken to a page where you will need to fill in your contact and payment details. (Read our privacy policy concerning the security of your personal information). At the top of this page is a list of the products you are going to order, including the price, which includes local taxes (VAT), as per your basket contents. Please check this carefully, if you wish to make amendments click on 'My Basket" and amend your order.

You may still cancel your order at this stage.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Some of the offers and prices found on this website are 'web exclusive' offers, and may not necessarily be available in our “on site” shops. Special offers that include free delivery are UK mainland only. 

PRICING

In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postage charges apply for any order.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

We will confirm all orders by e-mail.
 
You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly. Order confirmation e-mails are sent automatically and will be unable to be delivered to you if there are any errors in the address.

Credit/debit cards are debited when orders are placed.

We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro.

Delivery Address: At present we can only deliver orders to the billing address (the address assigned to the credit or debit card used for payment).

All goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Services, Special Delivery next day or Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Royal Mail Special and Recorded Deliveries are made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature. Please note that Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

Overseas Orders: Shipping costs stated on our website for overseas orders are for guidance only, additional shipping costs may apply. Your order is NOT dispatched or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage. Some products on our website cannot be delivered outside the UK for warranty reasons, you will be notified by email if this is the case.

CANCELLING ORDERS

You may cancel your order by contacting us with your order number. However, if the item has already been shipped, we will be unable to refund any of the shipping costs involved. If you were not charged for delivery when you placed your order, a £5 handling charge will apply on returns.

SATISFACTION  GUARANTEE / RETURNS POLICY

In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from The Celtic Manor Resort Online Shop, you may return it unused, in the original packaging, within 14 days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs. If you were not charged for delivery when you placed your order a £5 handling charge may apply, depending on your choice of return. 

Goods may be returned in one of two ways:

Option 1 - Return the goods and a copy of your order to:

This option allows you to return the item(s) free of charge, however there is no insurance on the item(s).

Option 2 - Return the item(s) and a copy of your order using a ‘signed for’ service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item(s).

Faulty goods: All goods are guaranteed for 12 months. This guarantee is underwritten by the manufacturers and upon proof of purchase can be used at any dealer.

Goods are subject to change.

Please note that if you have any discrepancies with your goods once delivered you must notify us within 7 days by email.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Goods for sale on our website are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated. 

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at eshop@celtic-manor.com or call + 44 (0) 1633 413 000 and we will attempt to remedy the situation.
 
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days and resolve them within a further seven working days. 
 
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
