Celebrate in style with the whole family and enjoy a spiffing Mother’s Day lunch in one of our restaurants. With six super venues to choose from, we have something to suit all tastes.
What’s more, a host of crafty activities designed to keep little fingers entertained will be taking place in the Resort Hotel Lobby throughout the day, including biscuit decorating, fridge magnet making and face painting. There will even be a chance to meet our Resort Rangers ‘Flora and Jac’ as well as Forest Jump and Dylan the Dragon who will all be dropping by to say hello during the afternoon!
The Crown at Celtic Manor
Our flagship fine dining venue will offer a truly unique three course menu for Mother’s Day, from grilled goat’s cheese with peanut butter and tarragon, tenderloin of pork with cider cream or Welsh beef sirloin with horseradish mash, to the delectable lime and crème fraîche tart with mango salad.

Rafters
This award-winning restaurant situated at The Twenty Ten Clubhouse, will offer a delectable three course menu for Mother’s Day, including salmon fishcakes with chilli crème fraîche, lemon and rosemary chicken with olive oil mash and spring greens, Welsh beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding and delicious marmalade bread and butter pudding with vanilla custard.

The Lodge Brasserie
