A decadent selection of chef’s canapés and fi nger sandwiches, fresh strawberries and cream, home-made buttermilk scones with Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry preserve, traditional Welsh Bara Brith fruit loaf, Paris Brest pastries, a selection of traditional teas and a chilled glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut.
